About Tamyrah: Hey there! I’m Tamyrah, your go-to yoga instructor for all things zen and wellness. With over a decade of experience, I’ve dabbled in various yoga styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative. But what truly drives me is helping people find balance, both on and off the mat.
Credentials: I’ve got my 500-hour RYT certification from Yoga Alliance, specializing in Yoga Therapy for Mental Health and Yin Yoga. Plus, I’m always geeking out on anatomy, meditation, and breathwork to keep my practice fresh.

Experience: While I might not have decades under my belt, I’ve got a solid foundation in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. My classes are all about creating a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable to explore their practice, no matter their level.
Certifications: I’ve earned my 200-hour RYT certification from Yoga Alliance, specializing in alignment-based teaching. I’m a firm believer in continuous learning, so you can bet I’m always on the lookout for new workshops and trainings to deepen my understanding.
